Minpunten

Poor management, unclear directions, constant expectation to work night and weekends, no raise no matter how much you go above and beyond. 14 years and was still paid 1/2 the salary of new hires despite training the new hires and being called a senior. Very poor transitions and poor leadership. All the original developers that built the company have left.

A lot of positive things happening in the last year or so in the engineering which is refreshing AI is at the center of stage which is exciting

Minpunten

Legacy systems can become bottleneck at times but the team is uplevelling and modernizing at a rapid pace

Typical startup growing pains, the very fast pace sometimes causes a bit of crunch and there's a bit of duplication of effort that can happen due to it.
