Leadership prioritizes speed and technical clout over thoughtful collaboration, creating an environment that can feel unbalanced, exclusive, and unsustainable. Additionally, many legacy team members are severely underpaid and overworked. And antiquated systems, a tight budget, and archaic, poorly documented processes cripple progress.
