Feedback mostly comes in the form of criticism, not guidance. You're expected to figure things out on your own, then get scolded for not reading minds. There's zero empathy for how exhausting that gets, and it slowly wears people down. Morale stays low because nothing you do ever seems good enough. Everything runs in panic mode. Demand for some of the products is spotty, which puts a lot of pressure on manufacturing team at times beyond our capacity. The team really steps in and supports with the shortage of resources.
