Pluspunten

Management has improved in many departments, though there is still work to be done with how employees are treated). Teleworking is great, however in many departments there are metrics that you need to meet in order to be 'rewarded' with work-from-home days. Employees should be allowed to work from home most days as opposed to 2-3 to remain competitive.

Minpunten

Not enough opportunity to move up in the company or professional development opportunities. Some of the benefits are lacking (very small reimbursement for education, no sick days, quarterly bonuses are small in comparison to similar companies, 401k is ok not great though).

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague.
