Deltek allows a lot of flexibility with its remote employees which is really nice. They expect you to get your job done and as long as that happens, they stay off your back.

Minpunten

Unless you work in the Herndon or Cambridge office, growth with the company is not going to happen.

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
