They'll teach you how things work in the organization. - Deltek supports personnel development by supporting and budgeting trainings, certifications, etc. - Every now and then, Deltek provides orientations/seminars which would most likely include prizes that are very significant. - HR department is very responsive to questions and will assist you even after the hiring. - Finance and other Admin departments are very approachable if you have any questions regarding your employment.
Minpunten
- Deltek is still in the process of standardizing its processes and procedures, so you can expect ad hoc work for process improvement which may or may not be included in the job description given (which in itself is not really a negative thing to do since it promotes development). - Deltek follows a night shift schedule for some teams. For some people, this could be one of the cons the organization could have since we follow US time.
