Deltek is a good company to work for. Flexibility, autonomy, and benefits are good.

Minpunten

Underpaid, and even if you've done full cycle sales, you won't get hired as a sales rep unless you've previously had software experience or if you start out as a SDR at Deltek and slave away until you get promoted. And when it comes to hiring SDRs, the bar is set very low.

Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
