Great people with integrity. Salary good bonuses earned are paid (I've been with companies who don't do this honestly) Benefits adequate. Interesting product. Investing aggressively in expanding sales and clinical support team in US to attempt expansion of sales and revenue.

Small company management dynamics for open door policy and wide open opportunity. Very positive team culture. Well respected by KOL and recognized for outstanding evidence and innovation to approach to improved hemodynamic management.

Small company with limited resources particularly in marketing. Greatest challenge is to have growth of sales and education team keep up with opportunities.
