The elevator in the building sucks! Let me put it this way - Trying to catch the elevator in our office is like playing a game of "How many awkward conversations can you have before the doors finally open?"

I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

Minpunten

Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
