Pluspunten
This company is good for those who are seeking long-term stability and a stagnant career doing the same thing over and over. There are possibilities to move up or switch departments (but rare and long rigorous process). The benefits are fine. Pretty average and nothing to get excited for.
Minpunten
I think that bonuses should certainly be apart of the benefit's package. However, I've been here for 1.5 years now and the only bonus I received was a free company jacket, while the company had a substantial increase in this year's and last year's profit margins. Ugh, pretty selfish in my opinion to not give the employee at least a 1% increase of their yearly salary... But, just a cheap jacket that barely costs the company anything.
