      They paid me above market value, too start.

      Minpunten

      I have only myself to blame, I was warned they will pay you above market value to start, but will take it away once you sign your non complete in your employment contract. They have no ethics, morals, and could care less about the employee, only their image and money. I will have to now move out of the market to get out, they will sue if I try and leave and compete in this market
