Pluspunten
- Pay is decent - Got hired fairly quick almost too quick - 2 week training period - Great people in management - Easy going work culture - Better than flipping burgers unless the pay was equal - an immense amount of downtime
Minpunten
The pay was decent but below average with new QA Testers with no experience starting at 20/hr, the Interview process is not hard so it's a great place to get your foot through the door, but definitely not suited for a long term career(all you need is a GED). you are given a 2 week-long training period for new hires as a joke which mainly consists of OUTDATED documentation reading. YOU Need VPN credentials to do anything! that being said some have been waiting 2 months to get their credentials, in the meantime, they have to borrow other employee's credentials. You are often reminded to take breaks due to lack of work and often have to beg on a daily basis if there is anything you can do if not then read more documents. Employees are often complaining about how the company does not want to give you a promotion unless they have to and is always looking to screw them over in one way or another. There is absolutely no pathway for growth unless you kiss their behinds to the top and become a sheep. During my time at Denali, 3 new hire employee's were "let go/quit" due to lack of work within a 1 month period. No paid Holidays and PTO are well below standards, And they require you to adjust your schedule as much as possible to prevent overtime, so expect to go home early on Fridays. BUT AGAIN GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR FOOT THROUGH THE DOOR FOR RECENT GRADS STRAIGHT OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE.
