It seems leadership overrides any sort of expectation for advancing. Lower level employees really have to jump through hoops to get their ideas heard. Their outlook on firm diversity has grown since the 2020 BLM movement, but it was not very evident before...

- Great mentorship within the firm - There is support for licensure and continuing education - Great involvement with local networking - Multidisciplinary firm with flexibility to collaborate more with other design teams between architecture, interiors, urban design, and landscape architecture - Good firmwide communication and engagement on current pursuits and ongoing projects

Minpunten

- During my time at DCI, there was an imbalance in workload between upper and lower level staff, principals worked far more - Mixed support for inclusivity efforts
