      Everyone is cool and do their own work.

      I always get the heavy jobs that can take over an hour to complete and steel kitting can get overwhelming when you’re the only one doing it and my coworker always get the light and easy jobs.

      Benefits suck, management goes in waves of threatening your job if you can't work over time to decreasing hours.
