- The pay model for contractors could be improved. As a Senior Creative you get paid $850/month per client... but not really. They break it down by each day that you work, so if the client wants a bunch of work done in a short amount of time you're essentially taking a paycut. If the project ends, you only get paid for the days you were working on it instead of getting fully paid for your expertise and quick turnaround time.
- No paid time off.
- High employee turnover rate from what I've noticed. Some people have been there for years (likely W2 employees) but I see new faces join Designity and leave often.
