Poor work life balance. Management is highly demanding and deadlines are unreasonable. Blame is passed to the lower echelon instead of where it should be. Extremely high turnover. We have had 2 rounds of layoffs in the past 6 months. People are so stressed out and overworked that someone (seemingly) quits weekly. Morale is lower than low. People are running scared and the company has shown not to care...work more ! Work harder ! Bonuses are nonexistent, and pay increases are subjective. Management pets get rewarded while the real workhorses are shafted.
