Pluspunten
There is always a ton of work to do however all of my supervisors understood that quality is more important than speed and gave me ample time to get my projects completed which I really appreciated. This made the work a lot less stressful and felt like my superiors cared about the wellbeing of their workers. Overall, the culture is good.
Minpunten
The pay here was not that good. Not terrible but definitely not good. I wrote about my supervisors being fair people but I also know that a lot of leadership in different departments were not really "there" nor did they care. I know this because while I had my own leadership, my unique role had me venturing into different departments at different times and I can see how people are treated.
