The company is going through a phase change as it continues to rapidly expand the market for continuous glucose monitoring. If you truly care about the product that your company makes and how it changes lives, Dexcom could be great for you.

Due to the rapid expansion there are the usual issues around parking, facilities, etc. but they are fairly minor if you keep an open mind (and get in early). If you aren't good with change and find it tough to do your best work in a sometimes hectic environment, Dexcom might be difficult for you.
