1- interesting products, ability to work with international projects 2- flat structure but it depends in the direct management on place or affiliate 3- good salary structure with results oriented rewards 4- flexibility and trust (depending on your direct management

1- Top management lack of clear vision of the future. Always short term thinking driven 2- wasting resources on useless positions instead of developing/imporoving products and machines. No true R&D. Not so good quality management 3- top managers not being a good example for other employees 4- Lack of clear policy and fair handling among affiliates 5- if you are not french, your chances are very low to grow a career at head office (while affiliates are only sales organization with flat structure) 6- lack of job security: the easy way to cut cost is laying people off 7- Top management involvement in micro details of day to day affiliates business
