THE COMPANY IS RAN BY A TEACHER WITH ZERO BUSINESS SENSE!!! They don't have their stuff together. Nobody knows how to manage or delegate out work without it being extremely passive aggressive and condescending. If the president of the company decides to make a move and any of his buddies on the team don't like it, they will gripe and complain until it's changed. There is no loyalty to processes and procedures. Everyone just does their own thing until you quit. They don't fire anyone so they don't have to pay unemployment insurance. They also do not pay out your last full paycheck or accrued PTO/Vacation time.
