Performance review twice a year Not easy for intermediate software engineers to be promoted to seniors even though they get paid equivalent to seniors in other companies. The annual salary increase is just around inflation rate. Medical aid subsidy is too small for such a big company Policies get changed frequently & unnecessarily. It was full remote 2 years ago, now gradually went to 4 days with only Friday being optional. Culture killed by the retrenchments. Parking is based on first come first served basis

Working here is great because everyone is friendly, and there's a mix of people from different countries. They often give employees the chance to move up in the company instead of hiring from outside, which is nice because it shows they value their own people and want them to succeed.
