*Report manager about every little thing *Always asking questions we should already know they answer too . *There GL needs to be updated * All employees are not telling the patients the same thing * Managers can be condescending & pick and choose when to respond *Always having to call patients back for the dumbest things which could have been handle on the call *The calls are ONLY busy because they are repeat callers that are fustrated about there bill *The communication sucks the left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing * Everything is so updated and slow * Certain people you contact it's hard to get in contact with makes it difficult to assist patients
