Jeff & Wayne have cultivated a fantastic remote work environment. I have never felt more valued or excited to work at a company. The team environment is dynamic and they know how to make their employees feel valued. We try to meet up quarterly in person which has been a great way for me to really get to know everyone and bond (covid permitting). One of my favorite parts about Digits is we are not constantly in meetings. We meet a few times a week which allows us time to be creative and work with other team members. We have some of the best talent on the market which makes it so fun to come to work! I love how collaborative, smart and humble our team feels. One of my favorite parts about Digits is we are customer centric. We truly care about our customers. I feel so fortunate to be apart of Digits as we are growing!
