Most managers were very good at their job and then promoted. They do not always know the right way to approach things and are not the best at playing office politics.

- Working in the accounting department here, I was still able to achieve a great work/life balance. - Even though I worked here through a temp agency, everyone in the company was very supportive and respectful to me, especially my department. - I appreciated that it was generally easier to work with other departments here for projects I worked on.

Minpunten

- Some employees could learn to better resolve conflicts and disagreements, but this can be a common occurrence at many other companies. This is the only true con I've recognized during my stay here.
