Pluspunten

New, modern office with all the equipment you need. Great work-life balance and a very supportive environment. Communication is a priority here — colleagues, managers, and HR are always attentive and willing to help. The company organizes amazing events and team buildings that genuinely bring people together. What stands out the most is that management regularly asks questions like, "How can we make your work life better?" and "What can we improve?" The best part is knowing that your feedback is actually heard and taken into account. The HR team is fantastic and truly cares about employees' well-being.

Minpunten

Nothing significant comes to mind. Like in any company, there is always room for improvement, but my overall experience has been very positive.

Multicultural environment. Nice CEO and open minded Manager.

Minpunten

Unprofessional supervisors 80/20. "Familly like" attitude towards favorite and bullying towards "different". Expectations to work during brakes and on your free time on additional project to get a raise, but even when doing so, most important is expected to talk about what you doing, so it's noticed. Otherwise,no raise even working 130 % per KPI results.
