The best part is knowing that your feedback is actually heard and taken into account. The HR team is fantastic and truly cares about employees' well-being.

Unprofessional supervisors 80/20. "Familly like" attitude towards favorite and bullying towards "different". Expectations to work during brakes and on your free time on additional project to get a raise, but even when doing so, most important is expected to talk about what you doing, so it's noticed. Otherwise,no raise even working 130 % per KPI results.
