Pluspunten
- friendly lower level staff - you can set your own hours within reason
Minpunten
- low pay, no raises, no bonuses - inept management that are in those positions because of previous friendships with the CEO - removal of previous benefits (no more remote work, health benefits went from 100% to 80% co pay) - Management, team leaders and anyone with power are all old men. Women are repeatedly looked over or expected to work as a manager for the pay of a low level employee - Multiple very qualified people were "laid off" because they challenged the CEO. There's no room for discussion or real improvements. - Cutting corners anywhere it saves money: hiring under qualified students and getting rid of senior staff who were amazing at their jobs, throwing the work of anyone who leaves at someone who is already in the company regardless of their actual aptitude for the new role (and without an increase in pay), even the building is broken with a broken alarm system and no AC upstairs
