Misinformation during recruiting process. Pitiful, uncompetitive pay rates at store level attract low-quality workers who do low-quality things, then anyone with a moderate amount of sense is expected to clean up the mess. Low salary for work demanded. They like to say, "We sell things for a dollar..." and it shows. Unsafe, filthy work environments. Company believes in writing people up instead of fixing problems. Company will place new hires into terribly broken situations and then punish them for the brokenness. No work-life balance if you expect to get your job done.
