The management is always open to hear and implement new ideas that will push the mission forward. It is a startup so be prepared to wear more hats than you usually would on a big company. And that's the beauty of it, you will learn and grow professionally.
Minpunten
Nothing out of the ordinary, the usual growing pains as the company increases its user base. As I said before you need to be prepared to go outside your comfort zone and take ownership of multiple roles but that's startup life and its worth it.
