Investing in better technology & equipment. Sales team all getting along and like their jobs. No sales quotas. Lots of lenience to make your own schedule. During Covid the company has kept all employees when business was warranted it.

It's a pro & a con. It's a small family business.

Pluspunten

As a sales associate you really get to be in charge of your business. There’s no micromanaging which is really nice so there’s some flexibility in how you work and when you work. Really strong, legendary products in their portfolio.

Minpunten

Although the brands have legendary history many are unknown and so you really have to bring your sales game.

Co-workers were nice. Very on your own type job which was a plus for me. Family run company.

Not much training and can feel lost because they just throw you in there.
