he owners are flat out bullies. In turn they hire managers with the same mind set. I have never worked for an organization where the culture and attitude is, "If you don't like it here, leave. We don't want you here". That was the statement given by the owner at a company meeting after we worked like dogs to grow sales tremendously. The company is making money hand over fist and pays their employees very poorly and will lie and take your commissions away for petty things. One of the owners actually had to women change their names at the office because they shared the same name as her. Not joking. This is the mindset of these people. All they care about is money and power and they will ride you, insult you, belittle you, harass and abuse you and when you complain, you are told, if you don't like it, leave. There is no respect given or, shown to their employees. They are never satisfied with even the best efforts of very talented people and recognize only butt kissers. The people that take it on the chin and ask for more are what they want. They want to employ wage slaves and they make that very clear. Not when they interview you. Everything is peaches and cream when you are being interviewed and then they ride you until they brake you just to hire some other poor soul for less money. They are petty, mean, cruel, cheap, nasty and rude. A horrible company run by evil people that enjoy watching their wage slaves squirm under the heat and pressure they force upon them. If you are looking at this review before taking a position with this nightmare outfit, please understand that no job is worth losing your dignity and self respect for and that is exactly what they will try and beat out of you. I struggled in the beginning of my employment term here and thought it was just cultural differences but, it isn't. It is just people with no moral compass steering the ship. They could care less if you live or, die and make that clear at every turn. You will have your job constantly threatened as they grow and capture market share in region after region. At every meeting you will be insulted, demoralized, ridiculed and made to feel inferior. They like it like that, it's fun for them. They get a sick kick out of it. Run while you can.
