      Pluspunten

      Many of the sites are very successful and run well. The owners and upper management are great people to work with. Staff on site for the most part are awesome.

      Minpunten

      Very dated and convoluted system, makes getting things done very time consuming or difficult. Lately upper management seem disconnected from what actually happens on the sales floor - introducing forms and systems to 'improve' but in reality slow us down and reduce morale. Very poor commission structure and totally unrealistic OTE. Meant to be an O.T.E of 50k, however top performers on site are on 36-37...

      Pluspunten

      Great incentives, Pays well if you work hard, fun environment when its good. Managers are really supportive and will push you to get the best out of you to get you paid. You really do get out what you put in. All members staff are really friendly and mostly a joy to be around other than a really small handfull. Lots of great stock to sell there really is a piece of the pie for everyone.

      Minpunten

      Work life balance isn’t the best unless you’re a manager. Certain members of staff constantly ooze and breed negativity like its a sport which is painful to be around everyday. Negativity at times seems to not be discouraged but just left to carry on. Won’t go into details but did witnessed some of the worst bullying in the workplace which I really should have reported at the time. Which is a lesson I’ll take away and not ignore in future.

      Great company to work for. Good culture and clear communication. Pay is good. Bonus schemes are fair.

      Minpunten

      Income levels can fluctuate a bit but that is the same across the industry. Overall pay is good.
