1. Leadership has no direction or experience. -most are lower level managers at previous jobs. 2. Engineering decides the company's direction. Steers the company to whatever is easy on them. 3. There's inner circle and there's everybody else. Everyone else does the dirty work. Even if it's wrong for the company.
