      Working fully remote for Dualboot for the past year has been an amazing experience offering a great work/life balance. Company leaders at Dualboot truly set the tone for a positive work environment. Coworkers and management cheer each other on and support each other - even outside of work. Professional growth is always encouraged, and success is always recognized and celebrated.

      As an extrovert, I sometimes miss getting to be around people everyday/going to lunch and chatting. Although, Dualboot does do a great job of having regular Zoom meetings and annual company get togethers.

      I love Dualboot Partners. My favorite part is the people I work with. I am surrounded by talented professionals that are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and serving our customers. Everyone is genuine, kind and transparent regardless of their role. Our leaders are approachable and listen to what their employees have to say. The leadership leans-in to challenges (internal or external) which sets the standard for everyone else in the company to follow. I couldn't be happier about my decision to join this team.
