Pluspunten
Not a big team. As developer, you might need to work as solo for relatively big project running for some years. But good exposure and good people around you. People are friendly, understanding and no politics. One of the best company in respect of work culture I worked.
Minpunten
Not many, but bit low on paw and perks. But being in Tier 2 city with medium expense, its ok. All its product based company and always need to be competing with competitor games to stay on top. Life of a game developer is not easy!
