Great team - made to feel very welcome. everyone form the cleaners to the CEO will great you with a genuine smile. Honest and transparent leadership. This is brilliant as it allows you to see where the business wants to go and where you fit into this. Fun environment. The industry can be grey and boring, but the atmosphere created at Dynamo is anything but. A young dynamic CEO who leads by example sets the tone. Great events run during the year for staff, including Summer BBQ, Christmas Party and themed free lunches monthly. Clear career path. Nothing comes easy in any career worth having. But the journey is made a lot simpler when you are guided in the right way. Managers are clear from the start in declaring what challenges maybe faced and suggesting how best to navigate these. if You are up for the challenge, you will reap the rewards. So much training available both formally and informally. Terrific location which benefits from local amenities. Blackwater train station and Camberley are both short walks away form the business park. Sainsburys, Tesco and Marks and Spencer's too. the business park set in lovely green space with 2 small lakes gives a chance to escape the office for a calming lunch break. Charity work. Raising thousands of pounds each year for various charities makes me proud to work for them. Giving back to the community is big on the agenda.

Could do with a bigger car park. There is however the option to park in the local supermarket which is 1min walk away.
