      Micromanagement limits employee autonomy and creativity. Promotions often favor tenure or personal connections over actual qualifications and performance.

      Pluspunten

      This role gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. The support levels from all departments are extremely high. They never feels like management is micromanaging or keeping you on a tight leash. They provide all of the resources for you to be successful.

      Minpunten

      Going through a recent merger there’s been a lot of of growing pains when it comes to systems and processes.
