      - The team culture is very positive - New ideas are constantly encouraged - Work/Life balance is better here than any company I've been at before. - Great place to develop your career - Leadership is always asking for feedback.

      - Coworkers can be too nice at times. If you are a stickler for blunt feedback, you may not enjoy that approach. - Like most growing companies, inter-department collaboration could be a little better.

      Great culture and work life balance. Leadership is personable and knowledgeable.

      Minpunten

      Other departments may not share the same culture. So this mostly reflects the finance department which has been my experience.

      Pluspunten

      ECI hires well, and I work in a professional environment with professional people. Even though most work from home, it never feels like someone isn't pulling their weight.

      Minpunten

      In recent years, it feels like the company has focused more on acquisition than improving the existing products for our customers. Product development and enhancement seems to be extremely slow, with development focusing on things they think add value, without proper insight from our customers.
