      Long hours, unfair treatment and major delayed response and coverup of mistakes known and continue making. Higher management must learn to know what ground support is up against.

      Pay/claims can come in late without a good reason, underpaid and overworked staff, squeeze projects and hand out uncompleted products. Which is why supporting the product/apps sucks. Software team/lead are incapable, high turnover. Many things are decided on a whimp and not thought out thoroughly. Worst case boss trust client more than the workers, unless u work there 10years

      Developers useless cannot commuincate properly , micromangement everywhere , This company is not good for growth , Boss have unreasonable timeframe
