Pretty chill, if you'll be attentive with the project choice and manage not to get into toxic environment you could find yourself in a very cozy routine without much hustle. (same thing with FANG however entry point is way higher)

Minpunten

It comes from the pros, chill environment, not much responibility - not the best payroll. You'll end up in front of unbreakable wall of your max salary - and it wont be on pair with industry standards thats for sure.

At EPAM, we adhere to a Pay-for-Performance philosophy. This means that compensation is directly linked to the complexity of your role, seniority level and other factors. We encourage engineers to increase their performance levels by upskilling, taking on greater responsibility and pursuing promotion through assessment. Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Minpunten

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
