These are extracurricular activities like becoming a subject matter expert (SME) or an SME on the assessment team for an L&D course.       Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
