      Nice people and overall teamwork is fine. More or less decent health insurance.

      Customer before the employees. Overall business model is demanding and stressful. No unique product. No benefits. No bonuses.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
