Unified Assessment, a promotion process where an associate has the flexibility to opt when they are ready and go through a panel that evaluated the readiness to next level. Feedback process that enables associate a choice to select the appraisers for a particular cycle and provides oppurtinity to receive 360 degree feedback. Oppurtunities platform that provides associate to opt for any job across many EPAM locations that fulfils the career aspirations.
