Lots of Technical and cultural Events. Transparency between management and employees. Acknowledgement for an employee's work.

      The food served in the cafeteria is not of good quality. No Additional Employee benefits.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
