Pluspunten

Very good Company with many talented people around. Hiring process is excellent so the kind of people they hire are great which makes work environment really good. Good projects which great learning opportunities. Really liked the promotion process. No as such politics in project teams. Project Managers actually listen to team members.

Minpunten

Bad onsite travel policy. Actually the way travel is managed by multiple stakeholders, is really bad. Very very low Per Diem amount.

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Minpunten

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
