Pluspunten
- Flexible working time - Career development is very professional, lots of opportunities to improve your skills, both hard & soft skills - Good salary (not the best, but not low, either) - Good benefits (cafeteria, free drinks, recreation activities) - Support for relocation between EPAM sites - EPAM has lately changed focus from being just a vendor to an active, advisory vendor, which is great. - Lots of internal knowledge has been gathered that any EPAM clients can use for their benefits
Minpunten
- A lot of times you're working in (Central) Eastern-Europe and the client is far from your timezone (+3-12 hours) to the West, so it's a challenge to arrange meetings and manage your own time. - Lot of times creativity is killed as either the client has strict ideas on technology + solution OR doesn't but have no budget for your creativity. Mind you, creativity is still appreciated. - Beyond a certain level it might be very challenging to find your own career path as the location will not give you enough opportunities.
