      Joining salary is only the good thing to happen overall the epam company

      Minpunten

      1. Epam India is not Epam, it has old alliance group managers and directors who treat employee as slave and des respect. 2. Dont fall for internal survey, people dont want to get there life more hard so just let it go. 3. I recommend plp not to join epam india mainly. 4. Epam india Hrs are also rude and controlled by this Old india heads.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
