      You can have full time work from home.

      Minpunten

      1-Every time for getting project you have to go with unnecessary round of client interviews. 2-Staffing team is unable to provide projects according to skill set. 3- If you are on bench you will not get project allowance i.e more that half of your salary.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
