      Pluspunten

      Nothing as such. They are frauds, don't join.

      Minpunten

      They are firing people left right and centre. It is a sinking ship. They are threatening employees to put resignation and leave immediately otherwise they will fire, screw your background check. These rangoli making HR is telling resign otherwise we will make sure nobody hires you. Don't join this company by just looking at Glassdoor rating. Rating is all bogus.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
