Never work in EPAM if you don't want to have a wide number of projects in different domains, nice clients and a huge professional knowledge base! Never work in EPAM if you are not interested in internal learning and networking with smart people! Never work in EPAM if you tired of conferences, mentoring and team buildings! Please, just never ever work in EPAM if you don't want to meet progressive and intelligent people!

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
